With over 12 years of experience as a yoga teacher and personal trainer, she brings a holistic approach to her practice as a registered osteopath and first care practitioner.
Specializing in musculoskeletal issues and injury rehabilitation, Therese combines manual therapy techniques with exercise prescriptions to enhance mobility and strength. Her ACC certification further demonstrates her commitment to comprehensive care. Outside of her professional life, Therese enjoys skiing, painting, and spending time with her dog mischievous dog Jack.
